FREE TRIALS

The free trial is for 7 days, from the date and time you sign up. Trials will then automatically convert to a paid plan after the 7 days period has passed.

REFUNDS

While we don't offer refunds for the monthly and annually memberships, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling your subscription, you will still be able to access your account through the end of your billing cycle.

Refunds for the 4 years and lifetime membership are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

Current Membership. Your Harmonica Studio membership, which may start with a free trial, will continue as follows for each of the below subscription options. You may terminate your membership at any time during this free trial. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, "Payment Method") to use the Harmonica Studio service.

a. Monthly Subscription - Your Harmonica Studio membership will continue month-to-month and automatically renew each month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. Upon expiration of the 7 days trial period, your credit card or Paypal will be charged the monthly fee of $27. Your monthly subscription shall automatically renew for an additional month for $27, unless you cancel prior to the end of the current month.

b. 12 Month- Subscription - Your Harmonica Studio membership will be for twelve (12) months and will automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. We will bill the twelve (12) month membership fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your membership before it renews every twelve (12) months in order to avoid billing of the next twelve (12) month membership fee to your Payment Method.

c. 4 Years Subscription - If you choose a 4 years Membership, you will pay a one-time charge where applicable, and you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement. Refunds for the Lifetime subscriptions are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Various Types of Membership. We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships with differing conditions and limitations. Any terms that differs from those described in these Terms of Use will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your membership with Harmonica Studio by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered membership plans.
MODIFICATION TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We reserve the right to ban any member who acts disrespectfully without notice.
